Join art educator Anne Pickard-Vaandering for a series of lively lectures about contemporary art. Happening on February 9, March 9 and April 13. This first lecture explores the topic of people and portraits, followed by a walk-and-talk tour of portraiture in our permanent collection. In celebration of African History and Liberation join author Shania Sanderson for a look into her new book Always Expect the Unexpected.
About the book:

Her unique style of composing creative pieces will leave every reader searching for more.
