Join art educator Anne Pickard-Vaandering for a series of lively lectures about contemporary art. Happening on February 9, March 9 and April 13. This lecture takes a look at the history and interpretation of abstract art. We will also view and interpret abstract artworks in our art gallery, with a special sneak peek at selected artworks from the vault. Attend this lecture for $15, register for all three for only $40. Presented and created by Sharing Our Cultures, 'Imagine SPACE' (Support Positive Action Collaboration and Experiences) is a documentary that shares the first-hand accounts of the lived experience of young people in the province.

The film was created in an effort to stimulate conversations and encourage the community to take concrete actions towards embracing cultural diversity, and get rid of racism and discrimination. The screening will be followed by a moderated panel discussion.
