Spring is in the air and the garden tools are coming out! Steve and Lisa McBride's homestead is just outside Mobile, up the southern shore. They are enthusiastically reclaiming our food heritage and DIY traditions. Please join us as Steve and Lisa take you through "The Art of Backyard Gardening" through photography, charming and interesting stories, and even some unique homestead treats to taste. The McBride's tap their maples to make syrup; they grow most of their own food, keep goats, chickens, bees and more, while inspiring thousands on their Facebook page to get growing! https://www.facebook.com/groups/633102216796004/

Rutherford’s work explores themes of persona and gender, home and landscape, and her life was shaped by the search for identity and community. The exhibition includes over 100 works, accompanied by memorabilia and photographs. The exhibition opens to the public on November 21, 2025.
