Please join us for a guided tour of the exhibition, Truth or Myth?. You'll learn about themes and events relating to the cultural identity of Newfoundlanders and Labradoreans, illustrated through artworks from our permanent collection.

Drawing on maps, hydrographic charts, textual records and sketches from The Rooms archival collection, hear the story of seasonal French fishermen, les gardiens, and how the Treaty of Utrecht shaped the Petit Nord on Newfoundland’s northern coast.
