You've heard of giant squids - but do you know about Cressie? Known as Newfoundland's own Loch Ness Monster, Cressie is said to live in Crescent Lake in Robert's Arm, Central Newfoundland. Join us at this Family Fun to create and decorate your own lake monster, and learn a bit more about the folklore behind this creature. Afterwards you can check out the wetland animals on display in the Connections Gallery, or visit a real giant squid.

Tour

In Beaumont-Hamel and the Trail of the Caribou exhibition find out about the impacts of the First World War on Newfoundlanders and Labradorians and how events overseas dramatically altered our lives at home.

Tour is approximately 30 – 40 minutes and included in the cost of admission.
