In 2016, a set of human remains were found in a Belgian field with a clue indicating they could be a Royal Newfoundland Regiment soldier. The search and work to identify him would involve a team of international experts, including Provincial Archivist/Director Greg Walsh from The Rooms who was asked to help.
Join Greg in this presentation as he describes the Archival work done to solve the 103 year old mystery, and detail how he helped identify the Royal Newfoundland Regiment soldier while also bringing closure to a proud Newfoundland family.
