Sharing Our Cultures
For 23 years, Sharing our Cultures has celebrated and showcased our province's diversity by enabling school youth from diverse cultural backgrounds to share aspects of their cultures through interactive exhibits. This multicultural and educational event allows the public to travel the world, learn its many stories and make positive intercultural connections.
Join the conversation with amazing individuals who contribute daily to the social, cultural, and economic development of Newfoundland and Labrador. Listen to their stories in sharing circles and discover the difference they are making in our community.
Sharing Our Cultures is held in recognition of the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination (March 21), and in celebration of the Province’s Multiculturalism Month.

In Sorry, Not Sorry, Critch delves into the heart of what it means to be Canadian at a time when national pride is on the rise. Examining everything from Newfoundland’s historic decision to join Canada to the modern-day implications of the Freedom Convoy and the evolving symbolism of the Canadian flag, he reminds us of where we came from—and of the many reasons Canada is worth fighting for. Elbows up!
